: History of Farabi Medical Education Center

started to build 300 Bed , Educational and Medical Center with  with an area of 12,000 M in 1351 AH by the efforts of Dr. Shoja, and after 7 years of work and effort, it was completed in 1357 and put into operation in 1360. At first, this center was only for psychiatric patients, and then patients with neurological problems were also treated, and then it was added to it with the opening of the special care department, and in 1982, the addiction treatment department was added to it. In 2014, according to the establishment of the organizational chart of the Imam Reza (a.s.) educational and therapeutic center, the number of 50 beds was reduced to 250 beds, and now this center continues to provide treatment and diagnostic services to neurological and psychiatric patients and special care with 250 beds. operates
